For Patrice, real estate is practically a calling. Raised in Westboro Village, her father, whose profession was property development, made it a habit to take Patrice along, at an early age, to development sites, and instruct her on the investment value of buying and selling Ottawa real estate.
Her now 23 year real estate career, however, didn't start after university. Initially, Patrice taught Sociology. Teaching was followed by an 12 year career in government. Patrice was at the Constitutional table for the Federal Government, and then the Government of Saskatchewan, as senior advisor for 6 of those years. She was also Assistant Deputy Minister for the Province, and a key participant in originating Saskatchewan’s 1.5 million acre Indian land claims policy, and negotiating settlement of the model claims.
Patrice, through Coldwell Banker Canada, has been awarded either President's Elite or President's Circle status on a year-over-year basis since 2000*. For 2009, Patrice is a recipient of the International President's Circle* award.
Elmer Tumak is 3+ decades an Ottawa real estate Broker, and formerly from the Corporate sector. Born in Saskatchewan, he is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan in chemistry. Like Patrice, Elmer is doing what he dearly loves to do, 24/7. Two and three generations of many Ottawa families call Elmer their broker, and "just the nicest guy". A remarkable problem-solver, Elmer sees solutions where others don't. And he is tireless in his search for results.
